If an optional 1-year extended warranty has been purchased, the total warranty coverage period is extended to 3 years from the date of delivery.


2. What the Warranty Covers

During the valid warranty period, if an electrical or electronic component of the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Mare SRL Unipersonale will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.

The replacement product may be new or refurbished and equivalent in functionality and performance.


3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • Incorrect installation, improper handling, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Use of the product in a manner not intended or not compliant with provided instructions


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please reply to that message and include a clear video demonstrating the issue, such as:

  • The device not powering on

  • Charging or power supply issues

  • Malfunction during normal operation

If a video cannot be provided or does not clearly demonstrate the defect, we may request that the product be returned for inspection.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
