Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, Mare SRL Unipersonale will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No administrative or handling fees will be charged.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned products must be:

Undamaged
Complete with all accessories, manuals, and labels
Returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible
📦 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error attributable to us.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
Audio or video recordings, software, DVDs, or CDs once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
The consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If returned items show signs of excessive use, damage, or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
